We’re looking for a talented, digital media-savvy, and passionate client-focused professional to join our thriving agency’s Client Services team. If you’re a good team player, love creativity, and can handle multiple projects across a range of disciplines, then this is a great role for you.

Key responsibilities

As a Client Services Executive, you will play an important role within our Client Services Team and also be the project manager for Gosling’s own marketing and communications materials. Reporting to the Client Services Director, key responsibilties include:

  • Working closely with our Client Services Manager to support the delivery of client projects and campaigns
  • Coordinate and manage project work-flow on designated projects to ensure we deliver within budget and on time
  • Potentially manage your own portfolio of client projects as guided by the Client Services Manager
  • Attend client meetings and write clear, accurate, briefs and reports
  • Collaborating with our creative team to ensure projects meet client expectations
  • Planning, implementing, and managing Gosling’s own marketing and communications
  • Take responsibility for driving and executing specific tasks as required
  • Provide regular reporting and client project updates
  • Support the Client Services Director and team as required

Required skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a client services role, preferably within a creative or marketing agency
  • An understanding of marketing and design, with a particular emphasis on digital marketing
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • A tactical, proactive approach and with the confidence to challenge the brief
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 as well as confident in using project management and reporting systems such as Streamtime (training can be given)
  • Experience within the medical / healthcare sector would be useful, but not essential
